Behavioral Decision Making

My research interests lie in the realm of behavioral economics and judgment and decision making. I explore questions related to overconfidence, incentives and aways, and the economics of technology.

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, working with Professor Jana Gallus on building the Center for Incentive Design. My research is generously funded by the Sidbrandij Foundation. I received my PhD in Management of Organizations at the Berkeley Haas School of Business, where I was advised by Professor Don Moore.

Prior to starting my PhD, I spent a year at the UCSD Rady School of Management working with Professor Uri Gneezy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Policy and Management and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, where I was fortunate to study under Professors George Loewenstein and Silvia Saccardo.

Two is better than one. Check out my partner Tim Brooks (Research Scientist @Deepmind, and creator of Sora @OpenAI)
